As an integrative counsellor, I can draw upon a variety of theories and techniques to meet my client’s individual needs. This adaptability not only highlights my broad theoretical knowledge but also my commitment to client-centred care. I have experience working both in-person and online, which has furthered my skills and expertise in the field. Through my studies, I have conducted both quantitative and qualitative research, further strengthening my research skills and reinforcing the importance of evidence-based practice.
I am committed to continuous professional development, as evidenced by my memberships with the British Psychological Society (BPS) and the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). Through these memberships, I have access to training and resources that keep me informed of the latest developments in the field, ensuring that I deliver the highest standard of care to my clients.
